Business Relationship Advisor - US Clientele - Coimbatore, TN, India

We are a growing Real Estate and Property Management Company. Our goal is to help our clients get the best value in Real Estate transactions by leveraging a combination of our experience and the latest tools and technologies. Our team works hard to provide excellent service, whether a client is purchasing a new home, selling a home, buying investment property such as a rental home, land, or a vacation home, or renting a home as a tenant or a homeowner.

We are seeking candidates who are excited and ready to jump into a fast-paced environment! Job Duties Include but Are Not Limited To

Processing all new work orders that come in from tenants and homeowners

Corresponding the repair with vendors, tenants, and homeowners.

Answering the phone system in a friendly and professional manner

Managing and setting appointments on active calendars

Preparing correspondence

Daily prioritizing mail and emails

SEO-SEM-Digital Marketing Analyst - Coimbatore, TN, India

Job Description :

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns etc
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Plan and direct marketing campaigns
  • Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
  • Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
  • Track the website traffic flow
  • Implement and analyze performance metrics
  • Provide internal reports on a regular basis
  • Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere

Qualifications :

  • Diploma or degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytic tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Full understanding of all social media platforms Marketing
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaign s overall performance.
  • Creative and strong understanding of target audience and industry trends
  • Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Google Ad word Professional certification is a plus.
